However, if, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied, please reach out to us within 30 days by sending an email to support@marseilleinc.com. In your email, provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

Once your return request is approved, we will furnish you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.

Please note that Marseille Inc. is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is caused by our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Your refund can be expected within 30 days from the time we receive your return.
