We have great confidence that you will be delighted with your new MarseilleInc. product. However, should you find yourself dissatisfied for any reason, please inform us within 45 days. We will promptly reimburse the entire purchase amount as soon as you return the product.
To return a product in accordance with our return policy, please ensure the following:

You initiate the return process by contacting MarseilleInc. within 45 days from the original shipping date.
The product is returned in its original MarseilleInc.packaging, complete with all included materials, and in a condition that is either new or like-new.

If you decide to return a product, please follow these steps:
A- Contact our sales team by completing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form
B- Utilize the shipping RMA number provided by MarseilleInc. and retain a copy.
C- An email will be sent to you confirming your RMA number.
D- Be certain to remove all previous shipping labels or any other markings entirely before sending the product.
E- Return the product within 14 days of receiving the RMA.
F- MarseilleInc. must receive the returned item within 14 calendar days following the issuance of the RMA number.
G- Ensure that the product is securely packaged. All contents (such as booklets and cables) must be included, and the product should be returned in its original Marseille packaging.
H- Receive your refund or a repaired/replacement product.
Anticipate seeing a credit reflected in your account within 10 to 15 business days. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Limited-Editions
